Job Opportunity: Services Delivery Administrator

Requirements:

• Gender: Female preferred.
• Industry Flexibility: Willing to work with clients in various IT sectors, including Telco, Enterprises, and Financial Services
• Experience: Maximum of 1 year of experience as an admin, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Ticketing System Knowledge: Proficiency in using and managing ticketing systems.
• Client Interaction: Experience in working with IT clients and engineers to address their needs and concerns.
• Basic Networking: Understanding of fundamental networking concepts.
• GPA: Minimum of 3.0.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Ticket Management: Ensure that all client requests and incidents are accurately recorded and logged into the ticketing system.
• Performance Reports: Generate reports on ticket status and performance to provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of services.
